Greatest Marketing Method

Your budget or marketing channels don’t matter! The reason that large companies are successful is because they focused on their brand experience. The most common thing that people associate with this is a logo, website, or collateral materials…but is goes much deeper than that. The brand experience includes everything from how you answer the phone to the ways that your employees interact with customers. As an example think about Starbucks or The Ritz Hotel…both of these companies have done an excellent job of creating an experience that is unique and consistent. They started with their vision and thought about every detail necessary to make it a reality. It doesn’t take much money to define “this is how we do things here” but your customers will appreciate it.
