Did you know that the internet has a memory way better than ours? Not only do we now live by “Google assisted memory” but we also have to expect that anything online now will stay online. For example, I’ve owned paulmobley.com for years. Back in 2003, I was mainly using it for e-mail but I also had a splash page up with my family crest. I recently found an archive that had indexed the page back on Oct 19, 2003. Think about that the next time you launch a website. Even if you just use it for a short time … it will continue to live on.
